About The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Coordinator to join our client’s e-learning team. You’ll be theengine that keeps content projects moving – sourcing the right Subject Matter Experts, onboardingfreelance instructional designers and content developers, and making sure every course ships on time,on brief, and on quality.

If you’ve worked at a small-to-mid e-learning or content services company and enjoyed running multiplepipelines at once, this role will feel familiar from day one.

What you’ll do

Source Subject Matter Experts across domains (Finance, Tech, Healthcare, Management,

Engineering, and more)

Hire and onboard freelance Instructional Designers, Content Writers, and Reviewers

Coordinate delivery timelines with internal teams, freelancers, and client stakeholders

Own quality checks and follow-ups through every stage of the content lifecycle

Maintain living databases of SMEs, freelancers, and preferred vendors

Run 4 – 8 parallel content pipelines without letting any deadline slip

What you bring

1 – 4 years of experience in an e-learning, content services, or EdTech company

Hands-on sourcing on Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn (Boolean search is your friend)

Solid understanding of the e-learning content lifecycle – storyboarding, ID, development, QA

Strong written and spoken English, and comfort communicating with senior SMEs

Spreadsheet fluency – you can build a tracker before anyone asks you to

Bonus points for

Sourcing experience on Upwork, Freelancer.com, Toptal, or Contra

Prior work with global edtech clients or publishers (Coursera, Pearson, McGraw-Hill, Wiley)

Exposure to LMS / authoring tools (Moodle, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, SCORM/xAPI)
