Proposal Analyst / Presales Analyst Full Time NEW

We are seeking a highly motivated Proposal Analyst / Presales Analyst to support our AI and Digital Transformation practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Sales, AI Architects, Engineers, and Business Leaders to develop compelling proposals and solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent writing skills, an interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies, and the ability to transform business requirements into clear, structured, and persuasive proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, Statements of Work (SOWs), presentations, and executive summaries.
• Translate client requirements and discovery discussions into well-defined solution proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams to gather information and develop winning responses.
• Research AI, GenAI, Cloud, Data, and Digital Transformation solutions to support proposal development.
• Support the creation of project scope, timelines, assumptions, deliverables, and engagement models.
• Help articulate business value, ROI, and transformation outcomes for enterprise clients.
• Assist in preparing commercial documents, pricing frameworks, and proposal presentations.
• Identify proposal risks, dependencies, assumptions, and exclusions.
• Maintain proposal repositories, reusable content libraries, case studies, and knowledge assets.
• Manage multiple proposal activities while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing final year) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to organize information and present complex ideas in a clear and structured manner.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI, Generative AI, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation concepts.
• Experience with proposal writing, business analysis, technical writing, research projects, or consulting assignments.
