Job Title: Purchase Executive (IT Procurement)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and stable Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities related to IT products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in purchasing IT equipment such as printers, workstations, and servers, along with strong inventory management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end procurement of IT products (printers, workstations, servers, and related equipment).

Identify and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best pricing and terms.

Maintain and manage inventory records efficiently.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchase requirements.

Track orders and resolve supply-related issues.

Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory records.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT procurement.

Strong knowledge of IT hardware products and vendors.

Good negotiation and communication skills.

Experience in inventory management.

Candidate must be based in Delhi NCR.

Must own a bike and have a valid Driving License (DL).

Looking for a stable candidate with long-term career interest.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 – ₹480,000.00 per year
