Role Description

Ipca Laboratories Limited is seeking a full-time Quality Control Officer/Sr. Officer to join our team in Gandhidham. The role includes conducting quality control testing, maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing quality assurance practices. Daily responsibilities will involve analysis of raw materials, finished products, and in-process samples to ensure compliance with established specifications, as well as preparing and maintaining detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes and best practices
• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and reporting
• Hands-on Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation, instrumental analysis, and testing procedures
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and cross-functional collaboration
• Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred
• Proficiency in operating analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, etc., is an advantage
