We are looking for a high-energy Quick Commerce Sales Manager to own and grow our presence across q-commerce platforms — key account relationships, and execute go-to-market strategies that ensure maximum visibility and sell-through within the 10-minute delivery ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
● Own GMV and revenue targets across q-commerce platforms (Flipkart, Amazon Now, Big Basket Now)
● Build and manage strategic relationships with platform category managers, city heads, and operations teams.
● Drive product listings, promotional placements, and digital shelf visibility — including banners, sponsored slots, and in-app campaigns.
● Negotiate trading terms, co-marketing funds, and exclusivity/priority windows with platform partners.
● Analyse platform dashboards and internal BI tools to track sell-through rates, stock-outs, return rates, and campaign ROI; take corrective action in real-time.
● Coordinate with supply chain and demand planning teams to ensure in-stock rates and timely dark-store replenishment.
● Identify and onboard new q-commerce accounts and emerging hyperlocal delivery players.
● Lead cross-functional efforts with marketing, finance, and logistics to execute 360-degree trade plans.
● Provide weekly performance reports and monthly forecasts to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
● 4–8 years of experience in sales, key account management, or trade marketing — with at least 2 years specifically in q-commerce, e-commerce, or modern trade.
● Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and volume targets.
● Deep familiarity with q-commerce platform interfaces, ranking algorithms, and promotional mechanics.
● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with platform analytics dashboards.
● Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with strong bias for action.
Good to Have
● Experience in FMCG, D2C, personal care, or food & beverage categories.
● Existing relationships with category managers at Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart.
● Knowledge of dark-store operations and last-mile logistics.
● Familiarity with tools such as Unicommerce, Helium, Gooblecube or similar platforms.
