About the Role

Immensity Logistics is seeking an experienced QuickBooks Online Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial reporting for our U.S.-based logistics operations.

This is an on-site position. Applications are accepted only from candidates located in Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Kharar, Zirakpur, and nearby Tricity areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping and accounting activities using QuickBooks.
• Record and maintain financial transactions accurately.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Prepare invoices and monitor customer payments.
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Generate financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting procedures.
• Coordinate with management regarding financial performance and reporting.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on QuickBooks experience is required.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with U.S.-based companies.
• Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Freight Brokerage, or Trucking industry.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
