We are looking for a professional and presentable Receptionist with a background in the hospitality industry, preferably with experience in Front Desk operations and basic Executive Assistant (EA) responsibilities. Female candidates are preferred for this role.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, along with a welcoming and service-oriented attitude. The role involves managing the reception area, welcoming guests and clients, coordinating meetings and schedules, assisting leadership with basic EA responsibilities, supporting office administration, and handling day-to-day operational coordination.
The candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing front-office operations efficiently while assisting with calendars, scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative support whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage the front desk and reception area efficiently.
- Coordinate snacks and refreshments for guests and meetings.
- Coordinate with the HR and Admin team regarding hospitality and office requirements.
- Maintain calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination activities.
- Assist in scheduling and arranging client or guest meetings.
- Support the team with basic administrative and operational tasks whenever required.
- Assist in office opening and closing activities.
- Handle incoming calls, visitor management, and general reception responsibilities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of reception operations.
- Assist the leadership team with basic Executive Assistant (EA) coordination whenever required.
- Maintain and coordinate calendars, schedules, and meeting arrangements effectively.
- Assist departments for coordination and support activities as needed.
- Perform additional reception or front-office responsibilities assigned from time to time.
