Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Manager to lead and drive hiring for US Healthcare roles including RN, LPN/LVN, Allied Healthcare professionals, and non-clinical staff.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in US healthcare staffing, team management, and client handling, along with a proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Healthcare Recruiters
• Handle end-to-end US healthcare recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Work on roles such as RN, LPN/LVN, CNA, Allied Healthcare (Rad Tech, CT Tech, etc.)
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (Boolean, LinkedIn, job portals)
• Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and productivity
• Train and mentor recruiters on compliance, screening, and submission quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/HR preferred)
• Proven experience in team handling and leadership
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare roles and compliance
• Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a night shift (US timings)

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with VMS/MSP clients (Aya, AMN, etc.)
• Strong understanding of pay packages and candidate closure
