What you’ll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we’ve encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we’re driving major missions forward.

The Buyer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end category performance, including assortment planning, vendor management, pricing, promotions, marketing and inventory optimization to drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the assigned category P&L (sales, margin, growth)
• Develop and optimize product assortment based on market trends and customer demand
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key suppliers/vendors
• Negotiate pricing, margins, and commercial terms with partners
• Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and marketing activities
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing aging/overstock
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and competition to drive category strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, operations) for seamless execution
• Track key KPIs like sell-through, margin %, stock cover, and availability

What you’ll need:

Required Skills –

• 3–4 years of experience in retail buying/category management/e-commerce
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Experience with assortment planning and inventory management
• Proficiency in Excel/SQL/data analysis tools is a plus
• Good understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills –

• Experience in FMCG preferably Food & Beverages category
• Familiarity with online marketplaces (e.g., Noon, Amazon)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
