We are a B2B company and partner with corporates to streamline their office snacking needs—handling everything from product selection and budgeting to delivery and ongoing management. Ensnacks has grown rapidly and is now supporting more than 15 clients. Ensnacks now plans to grow even faster this current year, and towards that, is looking for a Sales and Business Development officer.

Role Overview

This is a full-cycle business development role combining inside sales, pre-sales, and closing responsibilities. You will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, converting prospects into clients, and driving revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, takes ownership, and is comfortable managing the entire sales journey end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inside Sales (Lead Generation & Outreach)

• Identify and target potential clients across corporates, co-working spaces, and institutions
• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and database
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos

2. Pre-Sales (Pitching & Solutioning)

• Understand client requirements and customise Ensnacks offerings accordingly
• Deliver compelling product and service presentations
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial structures
• Coordinate internally to design tailored solutions (product mix, pricing, service model)

3. Sales (Conversion & Account Onboarding)

• Drive negotiations and close deals with clients
• Manage the onboarding process in collaboration with operations and supply teams
• Ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution
• Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and upselling

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B / corporate sales (F&B / FMCG preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset
• Ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Workplace solutions, Pantry services, or corporate gifting
• Existing network, regular interaction with HR, Admin, Workplace Managers, and Procurement teams responsible for procurement of Snacks, Pantry and other related items.
• Previous Experience in companies’ Facility Management, like Compass, Sodexo, CBRE, JLL, C&W, etc., is a plus
• Prior startup experience or exposure to high-growth environments
