Are you a finance professional with a strong grip on project costing, budgeting, and profitability analysis? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to drive financial performance and cost discipline.

🔹 Key Responsibilities: –

✅ Drive project costing, budget tracking & variance analysis

✅ Lead annual budgeting, re-forecasting & cost-to-complete analysis

✅ Prepare feasibility studies & project cash flow models

✅ Monitor project-wise profitability & margin analysis

✅ Develop MIS dashboards (cost, cash flow, profitability insights)

✅ Ensure compliance, audits, GST impact & RERA reporting

✅ Identify cost-saving opportunities & process improvements

🔹 What We’re Looking For: –

🎓 Qualification: CA / CMA

📊 Experience: 8–12 years (post qualification)

🏢 Background in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure

💡 Strong expertise in:

• Project costing & budget control
• Feasibility & cash flow modelling
• Advanced Excel & Zoho systems
• Stakeholder management & leadership
