As a Performance Marketing Senior Executive at INDmoney, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven digital marketing campaigns. With 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, you will manage and optimize large-scale campaigns, derive actionable insights from data, and contribute to growth across key paid channels.
This role offers an opportunity to work on high-impact growth initiatives, experiment rapidly, and take ownership of performance across acquisition channels
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, execute, and optimize Google UAC campaigns to achieve defined KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, and investor acquisition. Must have hands-on experience managing app acquisition campaigns at scale.
2. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Looker, and platform dashboards, generating insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
3. Creative & Conversion Optimization
Work closely with design and product teams to improve ad creatives, landing experiences, and user journeys to maximize conversion rates.
4. Experimentation & A/B Testing
Design and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and funnels to improve campaign efficiency and engagement.
5. Audience & Market Insights
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and behavioral analysis to refine targeting and improve campaign performance.
6. Ad Copy & Creative Inputs
Write and iterate on ad copies, messaging hooks, and creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives and audience insights.
7. Competitive Intelligence
Monitor the competitive landscape, platform updates, and industry trends to identify opportunities and proactively adjust marketing strategies.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with product, tech, analytics, design, and content teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader growth and business goals.
9. AI-powered Marketing Optimization
Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to evaluate campaign performance, generate insights, test creative strategies, and improve decision-making across marketing campaigns.
