Job Summary

The IT Security Admin, Sr is responsible for provisioning (granting and revocation of access to systems and/or data) for end users and/or systems within the enterprise (On-boarding, Transfers, Off-boarding). The position is part of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. In addition, this position works closely with teams in other Information Security disciplines, infrastructure, and operations areas to help provide superior protection to Bread Financial information assets.

Essential Job Functions

• Provisioning & De-provisioning – Responsible for access control for Bread Financial applications and systems, analyzing access requests for proper format and authorization. Assist with developing and documenting processes and procedures to support access-provisioning assignments. AD services like Mailbox, File share, AD Groups provisioning/de-provisioning.
• Quality Assurance – To adhere to quality with on time SLA closure and also to be updated with recent changes within process. Ability to understand and review metrics. Perform Quality checks and look for areas of improvement. Ability to do Root cause analysis & train juniors.
• Provisioning Tools – Knowledge on ticketing tools such as Service Now including Incident management. Ticket Assignments and Report making will be an advantage. Hands on Active Directory provisioning. Basic knowledge in Powershell Scripting.
• Documentations – To maintain and update SOPs or documentations as when changes occur.
• Governance – Good understanding on Recertification or Governance concepts and perform the activity.
• Metrics/Dashboard – To send out monthly metric Dashboard and bring in callouts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Area of Study: Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
