Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. You will also collaborate with leaders to develop and implement effective employer branding strategies, enhance the candidate experience, and ensure hiring goals are met. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and staying updated on market trends to optimize recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and proficiency in managing all recruitment stages
• Strong skills in Interviewing, Recruiting, and candidate evaluation
• Expertise in Employer Branding and promoting a positive candidate experience
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and hiring managers
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing platforms
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar senior-level Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role
