SEO/SEM Specialist (Hybrid / Part-Time) Full Time

Motivation N You is looking for a results-driven SEO/SEM Specialist to join our team in the Chandigarh/Tricity region. This is a permanent, part-time role designed for a skilled professional or freelancer who excels at driving traffic and conversions for e-commerce platforms.

Role Overview :

• Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time (Freelancers preferred).
• Schedule: 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday (Weekends off).
• Location: Hybrid (2 days in-office in Mohali/Chandigarh, 3 days remote).
• Salary: Competitive, based on market standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies specifically for a WordPress e-commerce website.
• Execute on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic search rankings.
• Develop and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive targeted traffic and sales.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO and SEM with a track record of measurable results.
• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of WordPress and e-commerce optimization.
• Bonus Skills: Candidates with additional knowledge in Digital Marketing or Coding will be given high priority.
• Location: Must be based in the Chandigarh/Tricity/Mohali area to attend the office two days a week.
