Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shipping Manager, located in Gandhidham. The Shipping Manager will oversee and manage daily shipping and receiving operations, handle inventory management, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. The role also includes coordinating with customers to provide excellent service, ensuring shipment timelines are met, and managing relevant logistics processes. The role involves supervising warehouse operations and maintaining an organized and efficient working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Shipping & Receiving and Shipping management.
- Strong skills in Inventory Management and a solid understanding of warehouse operations.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction throughout the shipping process.
- Proficiency in Forklift Operation and familiarity with safety protocols.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with logistics software and shipping documentation is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
