Job Title: Social Media Growth Strategist

Location: Bandra, Mumbai, India

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling social media presence for healthcare brands across multiple digital platforms. The role requires a creative and trend-driven individual who understands audience engagement, content strategy, community growth, and platform-specific marketing.

You will work closely with creative, content, branding, and performance marketing teams to execute impactful social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, audience growth, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency, Creative Agency, Healthcare Marketing Agency, or content-driven environment with hands-on experience managing social media platforms and digital communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives, audience engagement, and business growth goals.
• Manage and grow social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other emerging digital channels.
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and video content.
• Collaborate with creative designers, video editors, content writers, and marketing teams to create platform-specific campaigns and high-performing content.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, viral formats, and audience behavior to improve content performance and engagement.
• Build and manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and audience interactions professionally.
• Track social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Collaborate with the paid media team to support paid social campaigns, audience targeting, and performance optimization strategies.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all social media platforms.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, social media best practices, and digital content trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Community Management.
• Prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency or Creative Agency is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form video content strategies.
• Experience with content planning tools, social media management platforms, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, audience engagement, influencer collaborations, and digital branding.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, coordination, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience working with healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of paid social campaigns and performance marketing concepts is preferred.
