Role Description

We’re hiring a remote Social Media Manager.

This role focuses on:

• Analyzing performance and identifying what works
• Posting and managing content across social media accounts

We’d like to begin with a paid trial.

The trial lasts 7 days, and the total time required on your end would be around 30 minutes. We pay $10 for account creation and $3 per post. During the trial, you would post between 2 and 10 times depending on the results. Each post takes 5 minutes max.

If we decide to move forward long term, the role would involve posting twice per day. The monthly salary would be $180, with an estimated workload of around 4–5 hours total per month.

Requirements

• Experience managing and posting on social media (especially Instagram)
• Strong understanding of what content performs well
• Ability to analyze insights and optimize content based on data
• Organized and able to work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience working with creators or influencers
• Basic content editing knowledge (e.g. CapCut)
