Job Summary And Responsibilities

Desired Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in digital transformation projects rollouts and support for Ivalua
• Functional knowledge of SRM, S2C, P2P process in Ivalua.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid project management approaches.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
• Must be result oriented, and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
• Analyse existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend best practices for streamlining procurement processes.

Areas Of Responsibility

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the functional workstreams (such as Procure to Pay, Sourcing to Contracts, Supplier Relationship Management, etc.), from the start to production delivery ensuring timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements
• Actively working with the Solution Architect in the Design phase by sharing with the Customer or Partner leading practices, demonstrating the product and taking ownership of the design document.
• Drive cross-functional coordination between IT and business stakeholders.
• Configure the solution on complex requirements and coordinate the effort with other team members to guarantee project milestones are met.
• Track and mitigate risks, manage budgets, and support business case development.
• Work with external partners during the implementation by providing feedback on the design and performing configuration reviews during the sprints.
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Oversee and contribute to the Delivery and Deployment plan and ultimately guarantee successful deployment to Production.
• Conduct unit testing to validate functional and technical requirement, system functionality and performance
• Create and maintain functional design documentation of the Ivalua platform highlighting various configurations like workflow, alerts, notifications, call-backs, etc

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

• BE/ BTECH/BCOM/MBA

Specific Certification

• Mandatory Ivalua L3 certifications S2C , P2P
• Good to have L2 Administration, L2 Technical or higher

Skills

• Functional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement combined with excellent Project Management skills.
• Perform deliveries to manage environment synchronization.
• Experience in advanced Ivalua configuration like – queries, alerts, call-backs, workflows, grids and batch jobs etc.
• Experience in Ivalua analytics configuration (creating new indicators and dimensions etc.,) along with specific views for reporting
• Knowledge of Ivalua data model and table structure across the entire S2P cycle
• Conduct unit testing to validate functional and technical requirement, system functionality and performance

Experience

• Min. 4-5years of experience in Ivalua Implementation with at least 1 Rollout Project and Support
