Role Description

We are seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer + FSL Expert , on-site position located in Hyderabad. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL). Key responsibilities include configuring Salesforce products, creating advanced workflows, integrating third-party systems, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality implementations. Additionally, you will provide recommendations on system enhancements, ensure data integrity, and contribute to process optimization projects to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL), including setup, customization, and maintenance
• Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, or other tools
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration skills, including workflows, process builders, validation rules, and data security
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and conducting code reviews
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Certification in Salesforce Admin, Developer, or Salesforce Field Service is highly preferred
• Experience with data migration, CI/CD processes, and release management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
