Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Subtitles & Transcript Specialist at Xpozive Media, based in New Delhi. Responsibilities include creating and editing accurate subtitles and transcripts for digital media content, ensuring synchronization with audio-visual elements. The selected individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize content for accessibility, and manage deadlines effectively. While the role is primarily based at the New Delhi office, occasional work from home is supported to allow for flexibility.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Digital Media and a strong understanding of Digital Marketing trends
• Excellent Social Media Marketing and Communication skills
• Experience in Web Analytics to assess and optimize content performance
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with subtitling tools and platforms is a plus
• Relevant academic background or certifications in fields such as Media Studies, Communications, or Marketing
• Demonstrated experience in content creation, preferably in digital media
