Role Description:
- To ensure smooth functioning of the organization’s IT infrastructure by troubleshooting hardware and network issues, maintaining IT assets, supporting connectivity and communication systems, and coordinating with vendors for uninterrupted IT services.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus Experience in networking protocols, hardware, security measures, and database management systems.
Department:
- Information Technology
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in CSE, IT or any other related field.
Industry Knowledge:
- Experience in a retail or B2C (business-to-consumer) environment managing IT infrastructure in a consumerfacing online environment.
Functional Competencies:
- Independent troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, printers, WiFi devices and basic switches.
- Ability to maintain IT Asset Data Management.
- Handling issues related to internet connectivity and availability.
- Basic networking knowledge and device configuration.
