Role Description This full-time, on-site Techno-Functional HCM Solutions Specialist role is based in Hyderabad. The specialist will configure, maintain, and enhance Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, translating business requirements into effective system solutions. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting functional requirements, performing system configurations, managing testing cycles, and supporting upgrades and releases. The role will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, talent management, payroll, and performance management. The specialist will also provide end-user support, create training materials, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements aligned with Vertiv’s global standards and compliance needs.
Qualifications

• Strong techno-functional expertise in HCM platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar) including configuration, integrations, and reporting.
• Proven experience analyzing HR business processes and translating them into system requirements, workflows, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with testing (unit, integration, user acceptance), issue resolution, and change management in HCM environments.
• Ability to create and maintain functional specifications, user guides, training materials, and configuration documentation.
• Solid understanding of core HR, payroll, time and attendance, talent management, and related compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools; comfort working with HR data, metrics, and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant HCM certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a similar techno-functional HCM role, preferably in a large or multinational organization.
