Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven Technical Lead who combines strong technical expertise with product thinking and team leadership. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end delivery of product features, lead engineering teams, and collaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to build scalable, high-impact solutions.

This role goes beyond execution—requiring strategic thinking, technical decision-making, and the ability to align engineering efforts with product vision and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Engineering Ownership

• Own end-to-end delivery of product features from ideation to release.
• Partner with Product Managers to define roadmap, priorities, and execution strategy.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive product quality, performance, and reliability.

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers (frontend, backend, QA, DevOps).
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support career development.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective resource planning and team utilization.

Technical Strategy & Architecture

• Define and drive system architecture, design standards, and best practices.
• Review code, design documents, and ensure high engineering quality.
• Guide teams on APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and integrations.
• Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of systems.

Agile & Delivery Excellence

• Drive Agile/Scrum practices across teams.
• Oversee sprint planning, execution, and release cycles.
• Ensure predictable and high-quality delivery of product releases.
• Continuously improve development processes and team velocity.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and leadership teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
• Align engineering goals with business objectives and customer needs.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify technical and delivery risks early and define mitigation plans.
• Handle escalations and remove blockers for the team.
• Ensure timely resolution of critical production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise

• Strong experience in software development and system design.
• Strong experience in Python and React.
• Hands-on experience with web/mobile or enterprise product development.
• Deep understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Leadership & Product Thinking

• Proven experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and user-centric development.
• Ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility.

Methodologies

• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end product delivery cycles.
• PMP / Scrum certifications are a plus.
