Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound calls from clients and assess their travel preferences and needs to successfully convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.
2. Provide post-booking assistance and ensure a seamless travel experience.
3. Deliver outstanding customer service through attentive listening and clear, empathetic communication.
4. Ensure accurate processing of bookings in Sabre and Amadeus while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction (you will be trained for the same).

Other requirements
1. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
2. Strong active listening skills to understand and address client needs.
3. Persuasive abilities to guide clients in making informed travel decisions.
4. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
5. Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage, but not mandatory.
6. Confident freshers are welcome.
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 – 8,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
