Job Title: Travel Sales & Operations Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Travel Sales & Operations Executive to handle client inquiries, plan travel itineraries, and manage bookings efficiently. The role requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, and chat

Design customized travel packages (domestic/international)

Manage bookings (flights, hotels, transport, visas, etc.)

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers

Achieve sales targets and maintain client relationships

Ensure smooth end-to-end travel operations

Required Skills:

Good communication and sales skills

Knowledge of travel destinations and packages

Familiarity with booking systems (GDS preferred)

Problem-solving and multitasking ability

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism or related field

Experience in travel agency or tour operations
