Vice President – Delivery Leadership Full Time NEW

Role

A senior leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of complex analytics, data engineering and transformation programs, managing strategic accounts, and enabling business growth through consultative engagement and execution excellence.

Responsibilities

Delivery Management

• Oversee planning and execution of complex programs ensuring timelines, quality, and cost efficiency
• Manage delivery budgets, forecasting, and resource optimization
• Lead and mentor large, distributed teams across multiple delivery models
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders and drive execution excellence
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Business Development

• Lead pre-sales and consultative sales initiatives
• Develop tailored solutions aligned to client business needs
• Drive RFP responses, presentations, and bid management
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements
• Represent delivery capabilities in client-facing engagements

Account Management

• Ensure SLA adherence and high levels of client satisfaction
• Own account P&L and drive operational efficiency
• Expand accounts through long-term partnerships and growth initiatives
• Optimize resource utilization across engagements
• Strengthen client relationships and support retention strategies

Required Skills

a. Technical & Functional

• Strong expertise in data analytics, data engineering, data science, and digital transformation
• Experience in managing large-scale, complex delivery programs
• Understanding of system integration and enterprise technology landscapes

b. Consulting & Leadership

• Proven experience in consulting, pre-sales, and delivery leadership
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Ability to manage large teams (100+ resources) across geographies
• Experience driving account growth and managing P&L

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum 4 years) or equivalent qualification
