Full job description

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice Principal to join our academic leadership team. The Vice Principal will assist the Principal in overall school administration, academic planning, and student discipline while fostering a positive learning environment.

Roles & Responsibilities: –

1. Assist the Principal in daily school operations and administration

2. Supervise teaching staff, curriculum implementation, and academic performance

3. Monitor student discipline, attendance, and overall welfare

4. Coordinate with teachers for lesson planning, timetables, and examinations

5. Organize parent-teacher meetings, school events, and co-curricular activities

6. Ensure compliance with CBSE/ICSE/State Board guidelines and policies

7. Handle staff training, performance evaluation, and professional development

8. Act as Principal in their absence and represent the school at official meetings

9. Maintain school records, reports, and documentation

10. Promote a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for students and staff

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Master’s Degree with B.Ed/M.Ed from a recognized university

2. Minimum 5-8 years of teaching experience, with 2+ years in administrative role

3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

4. Sound knowledge of NEP 2020 and current education policies

5. Proficiency in school management systems and MS Office

6. Ability to handle parents, staff, and students with empathy and firmness
