Job Description:

Royal Tour & Travel India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Processing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end visa processing for international travel, ensuring smooth documentation, timely submissions, and high approval success rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle visa applications for multiple countries (Schengen, UK, USA, UAE, Australia, etc.)
• Guide clients on visa requirements, documentation, and processes
• Verify and prepare visa files ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with embassies, VFS centers, and consulates
• Manage appointment scheduling, biometrics, and submission processes
• Track application status and provide timely updates to clients
• Handle refusals, reapplications, and visa queries professionally
• Maintain proper documentation records and database
• Stay updated with latest visa rules, policies, and changes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in visa processing (travel industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of international visa procedures and documentation
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good computer skills (MS Office, email communication, CRM tools)
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Schengen, UK, USA, and other major destinations
• Prior experience in a travel agency or tour operator
• Strong coordination and problem-solving ability
