Olive & Gray is a D2C home décor and lighting brand (www.oliveandgray.in) known for handcrafted metal wall arts, metal wall clocks, metal statement lamps, metal furniture and metal bbq grills and fire pieces. We’re rebuilding the brand from the ground up and looking for a sharp, hands-on marketer who can take us from 0 to 1 — not someone who runs templated playbooks.

▪ What you’ll own
Performance Marketing (Meta-first)
Plan, launch, and scale Meta ad campaigns end-to-end. Manage daily budget pacing, audience testing, and creative iteration. Own ROAS, CAC, and CTR as your core KPIs. Familiarity with Advantage+ campaigns and Meta’s latest algorithm shifts is essential.
Ad Creative Production at Scale
Build static, video, and native ad creatives — and test aggressively. Per Meta’s recent algorithm update, creative testing volume has moved to 2.5–3x what it used to be, with leading D2C brands now testing 45–50 creatives per month. You should be comfortable producing, killing, and iterating creatives daily based on performance data.
UGC Video Production
Produce a minimum of 5 UGC videos per month. We’ll ship physical products to your location — you’ll be responsible for shooting, editing, and publishing the content across our channels. Strong on-camera presence or access to a UGC creator network is a plus.
Social Media Management
Rebuild and grow our brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. Daily posting, community engagement, and content calendar ownership. You should be fluent in Canva, AI-powered creative tools such as (Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2, Seedance 2.0, Higgsfield, HeyGen, CapCut, etc.), and able to produce high-quality assets without depending on an external designer.
Reporting & Strategy
Weekly performance reports with clear insights, learnings, and next-step recommendations. Monthly review on brand growth, funnel performance, and content strategy.
Shopify Website Management
Own day-to-day updates to our Shopify storefront — adding and editing products, building collections and categories, updating banners and landing pages, managing collection sequencing, and ensuring the site stays merchandised in line with active campaigns. Basic familiarity with Shopify theme customization, app integrations, and on-site SEO hygiene is expected.
▪ Who we’re looking for
→ 5+ years running Meta ads for D2C brands (lifestyle, home, or fashion preferred)
→ Proven track record of scaling a brand from early stage — share case studies or numbers
→ Strong creative instinct; you understand that creative is the new targeting
→ Comfortable working independently, hitting deadlines, and communicating proactively
→ Bonus: experience with Shopify, Google Ads, influencer outreach, or email/WhatsApp marketing
