About Position

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Web Analyst to lead the end-to-end tracking and analytics setup for our web platform. This role is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive measurement framework, ensuring accurate data collection, and delivering actionable insights that drive business performance and user experience optimization.

What You’ll Do

Tracking & Analytics:

• Design and implement a robust tracking and measurement plan aligned with platform architecture and business goals.
• Configure and maintain tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Mixpanel, and OneTrust Consent Platform.
• Define and implement event tracking, user flow analysis, and conversion tracking.
• Build custom Mixpanel dashboards and reports to monitor site performance and key KPIs.
• Track critical user behaviors including navigation patterns, feature engagement, and drop-off points.
• Optimize tracking for multi-step conversion funnels.
• Implement A/B testing and user segmentation strategies to evaluate and enhance performance.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure tracking accuracy through testing and debugging of event implementations.
• Validate data integrity and troubleshoot inconsistencies.
• Build real-time reporting dashboards in Mixpanel.
• Stay current with privacy regulations and ensure compliance via cookie consent management using OneTrust.

Collaboration

• Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of tracking scripts.
• Work closely with the Web Lead (PM) to integrate analytics into the development roadmap.
• Collaborate with UX and marketing teams to provide insights into user behaviour and engagement patterns.

Expertise You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in web analytics and tracking implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with GTM, Mixpanel, and consent management platforms (e.g., OneTrust).
• Strong understanding of event-based analytics, conversion funnels, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on tracking and data collection.
• Excellent collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience building real-time dashboards and custom reports.
• Ability to translate business goals into measurable KPIs.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
