About the Role

AI is fundamentally reshaping how consumers discover, evaluate, and interact with brands. KaraX.ai — C3aLabs’ AI platform — is growing fast, and we are looking for an intern who wants to learn marketing by actually building systems.

This is not a traditional internship where you observe or assist passively. You will be exposed to how AI-driven marketing systems are built, tested, and scaled in real environments.

You will be expected to think in systems, explore tools, experiment with workflows, and gradually take ownership of small but meaningful parts of the marketing engine.

If you are curious, proactive, and excited about the intersection of creativity, data, and AI — this role will push you to grow fast.

What You’ll Build & Learn

Consumer Acquisition & Growth

•    Assist in executing acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels

•    Support in building and optimizing user funnels across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn

•    Contribute to referral ideas, growth experiments, and distribution strategies

•    Learn basics of app visibility, traffic generation, and growth loops

AI-Powered Marketing Exposure

•    Assist in building simple automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or no-code platforms

•    Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for content generation, research, and experimentation

•    Support in creating basic AI-driven workflows for content, outreach, and reporting

•    Learn how AI is applied in real marketing systems

Content, Social & Brand

•    Assist in creating content — posts, short videos, ideas, and drafts

•    Support in managing and growing presence across Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn

•    Research creators, trends, and content strategies

•    Contribute ideas for storytelling and brand communication

Performance & Learning

•    Support tracking of basic marketing metrics and campaign performance

•    Assist in analyzing user behavior and identifying improvement areas

•    Learn how data is used to improve marketing decisions

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

•    Strong curiosity about AI and marketing

•    Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (self-learned is fine)

•    Active usage of AI tools (even at beginner level)

•    Willingness to learn tools, experiment, and take initiative

•    Ability to think independently and solve small problems

Nice to Have (Refined)

•    Hands-on exposure to any automation tool (n8n, Make, Zapier) — even basic workflows

•    Experience creating content using AI tools (posts, scripts, short-form video ideas, etc.)

•    Proof of experimentation (personal projects, LinkedIn posts, GitHub, Notion, or portfolios)

•    Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts (ads, funnels, CTR, conversions)

•    Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Notion, or similar

•    Basic coding exposure (Python / JavaScript) or willingness to learn
