About The Role

At CoinDCX, Brand is our primary trust engine – the system that translates frontier financial technology into mass adoption, institutional credibility and category leadership.

As SVP – Marketing, you will be the Category Architect for Crypto in India. Your mandate is not to promote crypto, but to normalize and institutionalize it – shaping how millions of Indians understand, assess and trust this new asset class.

You will own the full arc of brand impact: trust, recall, organic acquisition and market share. Operating at the intersection of cultural narrative, regulatory nuance, reputation management and capital discipline, your work will determine how CoinDCX is seen as the default, responsible gateway to the future of finance.

This role calls for a leader who thinks in multi-year horizons, stays steady under external scrutiny and builds brand systems that endure market cycles. You will lead a 20+ member, multi-disciplinary team across brand, media, social, PR, content and creative, while partnering closely with Growth, Product, Policy, Business and Leadership to ensure absolute alignment between what we build, say and stand for.

What You’ll Do

• Metric & Budget Ownership: Directly own all Brand KPIs (Brand Health and Social Media Metrics, and Organic Acquisition) and a ₹100Cr+ annual brand budget. You are the DRI (Direct Responsible Individual) for optimizing spend across ATL, BTL, Digital Media, Social, Content and PR to drive organic pull and ROI. You are accountable not just for outcomes, but for capital allocation logic behind every brand decision.
• Category Architecture: Own the multi-year category roadmap. Translate technical VDA (Virtual Digital Asset) complexities into high-trust, education-led consumer narratives that move the Trust Index.
• Org Design: Scale and lead a 20+ person team across Brand and Media, Creative, PR, Social, and Content. Build a “minus-one” leadership layer to reduce SVP intervention in daily execution.
• Category Creation and Market Leadership: Define and execute the playbook for expanding the Indian crypto category while disproportionately increasing CoinDCX’s share of users, trust and mindshare.
• Reputation Systems: Design and own proactive PR and “Issue Readiness” playbooks to safeguard institutional credibility during market volatility.
• Strategic Integration: Partner with Product and Policy teams to ensure the brand promise of “Responsible Education” is lived in the App UX and is fully compliant.
