- Launch new market zones by identifying high-demand locations and activating operations
- Acquire supply by onboarding PG partners and building strong property inventory
- Drive revenue growth by converting leads into bookings and improving occupancy rates
- Manage end-to-end operations including supply, sales, and customer experience
- Ensure smooth booking, visit, and check-in processes for customers
- Hire and manage local execution teams to support market operations
- Track competitors and analyze market trends to identify expansion opportunities
- Build and implement processes to enable independent zone operations
- Apply consultative selling approaches to guide high-intent users in decision-making
