Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal, for the position of Administrator. The Administrator will be expected to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth administrative workflows, and manage resources efficiently. Responsibilities also include office management, coordination between internal teams, organizing schedules, and maintaining records while contributing to the overall organizational efficiency. The role demands consistent communication and collaboration with all departments to promote seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in office administration, organization, and record-keeping
• Strong communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in office productivity software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email communication tools
• Ability to manage schedules, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in resource management and basic financial understanding is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in administrative or managerial roles is advantageous
