Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced Wedding Planning Manager to manage and execute destination weddings, pre-wedding functions, and social events at our resort. The candidate will be responsible for complete wedding planning, client coordination, vendor management, budgeting, and smooth event execution to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute weddings, engagement ceremonies, haldi, mehendi, sangeet, reception, and other wedding functions.
• Coordinate with clients and families to understand event requirements and expectations.
• Prepare wedding plans, timelines, event schedules, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with décor vendors, entertainment teams, photographers, makeup artists, and other suppliers.
• Work closely with internal departments such as F&B, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Front Office, Security, and Maintenance.
• Ensure proper venue setup, guest arrangements, and hospitality management.
• Manage wedding budgets, costing, vendor negotiations, and profitability.
• Handle guest queries and resolve operational issues during events.
• Supervise event staff and ensure smooth coordination throughout all functions.
• Maintain event records, reports, and guest feedback for future improvements.
• Support sales and marketing teams in promoting wedding packages and resort events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in wedding planning or event management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of wedding operations, décor planning, and vendor management.
• Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure.
• Flexible to work on weekends and extended hours during events.
• Proficiency in MS Office and event planning tools.
