Role Description

This is a part-time work from home role based in India for a Digital Marketing Mentor. The Digital Marketing Mentor will be responsible for guiding and coaching participants on digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices to help them build skills for corporate roles in digital marketing. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, providing one-on-one mentorship, designing and reviewing digital marketing learning materials, and providing expert feedback on real-world projects and case studies. The role also involves staying up to date with industry trends and ensuring participants’ learning aligns with current market demands.

Qualifications

•    4+ years of hands-on digital marketing execution — not purely advisory

•    Proven expertise across 3+ of: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, GA4, content, HubSpot

•    Currently practising or last in a practitioner role within the past 2 years

•    Genuine interest in teaching — not a role for someone who finds explaining basics tedious

•    Reliable: the 12-hr WhatsApp SLA is a hard commitment, not an aspiration

•    Prior experience in formal or informal teaching, coaching, or training delivery
