Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
- Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SRS, use cases, and wireframes where required.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
