Position Details

• Location: Bangalore / Gurugram

• Work Mode: 100% Work From Office

• Shift Timing: 2 PM – 11 PM / Rotational 24×7 Shifts

• Experience Required: 2+ Years

• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 60 Days

• Language Requirement: Spanish / French (B2 Level Mandatory)

• Certification: Language Certification Mandatory

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Performance Marketing professionals with expertise in Google Ads

and Search Ads Campaigns. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize digital campaigns to

improve ROI, drive lead generation, and deliver strong business outcomes.

Candidates must have strong campaign management experience along with B2-level proficiency in

Spanish or French.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads / Search Ads campaigns end-to-end

• Perform keyword research, targeting, and campaign structuring

• Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and

ROAS

• Implement and optimize bidding strategies including Manual CPC, tCPA, and tROAS

• Conduct campaign analysis and provide actionable insights

• Perform A/B testing for ad copies and campaign structures

• Analyze search terms and user intent for better targeting

• Manage campaign budgets effectively

• Drive lead generation and performance marketing goals

• Handle client communication where required Mandatory Requirements
