Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Delivery Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for Banking and Fintech domain engagements. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, client management expertise, delivery governance experience, and the ability to drive successful execution of large-scale technology projects.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving operational excellence while aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilites:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery for Banking and Fintech projects.
• Drive project execution, resource planning, delivery governance, and risk management.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand business requirements and provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, SLAs, and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a key escalation point.
• Lead delivery transformation initiatives and process improvements.
• Mentor and manage project managers, delivery teams, and technical leads.
• Monitor project performance metrics and prepare delivery reports for management.
• Support business growth through delivery excellence and strategic planning.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Banking and Fintech domain projects.
• Proven experience in Delivery Management and Program Management.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and client engagement.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and project governance frameworks.
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
• Exposure to digital banking, treasury, payments, lending, or financial platforms is preferred.

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or Scrum certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 15+ years of overall IT industry experience.
• Strong exposure to Banking and Fintech clients/projects.
• Ability to handle high-pressure delivery environments.
• Strategic thinker with strong people management skills.
• Willing to work from Nagercoil location.
