IT Network Technician Full Time

Full job description

Network Support & Maintenance

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain campus-wide network and internet connectivity.
  • Assist in the configuration and management of core networking components (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and basic routing).
  • Help maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) across campus facilities.

Hardware & OS Support

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktop computers and laptops.
  • Install, configure, and update Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Perform basic configuration, routine maintenance, and monitoring of campus servers.

User Support & Collaboration

  • Provide prompt and professional technical assistance to university staff, faculty, and students.
  • Log, track, and resolve IT support tickets, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the broader IT team to implement system upgrades and campus-wide tech initiatives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
