Manager – Key Accounts (Must have worked with ad agency) Full Time

As a Key Account Manager, one will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships for a digital advertising agency, ensuring successful campaign execution across performance, social, and branding channels. Acts as the primary client contact, driving account retention, revenue growth, and cross-functional coordination to deliver measurable marketing results.

What you will do:

• Own end-to-end management of key client accounts across print, digital, broadcast – adaptation, localization, content production, and campaign delivery.
• Lead day-to-day client servicing while ensuring high standards of delivery, responsiveness, and relationship management.
• Translate client briefs and business objectives into clear execution plans for internal creative, production, QA, technology, and regional teams.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and workstreams with accountability for timelines, quality, budgets, scope, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure smooth execution across teams through effective workflow management, prioritization, and proactive problem-solving.
• Maintain strong governance across trackers, reporting, project status, SLAs, and operational processes.
• Identify delivery risks early, resolve escalations confidently, and protect client confidence at all times.
• Own forecasting, revenue tracking, scope control, utilization alignment, billing readiness, and profitability hygiene for assigned accounts.
• Lead commercial discussions, including estimates, change requests, additional scopes, and renewals where required.
• Identify growth opportunities through new briefs, expanded scopes, retained support models, and efficiency-led solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and lead review meetings, governance calls, and quarterly business conversations.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery models, reporting structures, and ways of working across accounts.
• Manage resource planning in partnership with internal leads to ensure the right talent mix and delivery efficiency.

Who You Will Be:

• Must have 6-10 years of experience in account management/production.
• Strong understanding of print, broadcast, and Digital from the business operations side.
• Able to manage multiple projects/tasks at once.
• Significant experience of MS Office is mandatory.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams of art workers, developers, and other staff.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, innovative, and keen to learn new skills.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
