Role Description The English Speaking Associate (Freshers) – Non-Technical Role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. In this role, the associate will interact with clients and internal teams in English through calls, emails, or chat to provide clear information, support, and updates. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, documenting interactions accurately, and following established processes and guidelines.

The associate will assist in basic communication-related tasks such as clarifying information, sharing simple instructions, and coordinating with senior team members when issues need escalation. The role may also involve participating in training sessions, improving language and communication skills, and contributing to a positive, service-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills, including clear spoken and written English.
• Ability to support basic customer service activities and handle client interactions professionally.
• Willingness to learn and, where needed, assist with simple English teaching, language clarification, or training-related tasks.
• Basic understanding or interest in translation or cross-cultural communication is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates from any discipline are welcome; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfort working on-site in Pune City, with readiness for rotational shifts if required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic computer usage and common office applications (email, word processing, spreadsheets).
