About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our performance marketing engine. You will be responsible for end-to-end strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling of paid campaigns across key digital channels. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and commercial thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Campaign Management
– Develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging digital channels.
– Own campaign setup, audience segmentation, creative testing, bidding strategy, and continuous optimization.
– Drive measurable business outcomes—traffic, acquisition, revenue, and ROAS—across the marketing funnel.
Agency & Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Partner closely with the agency team to plan, brief, and review performance marketing activities.
– Collaborate with creative, product, and tech teams to align campaign assets and landing experiences.
– Provide structured performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Analytics & Optimisation
– Leverage GA4, GTM, and attribution tools to measure campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
– Build robust reporting frameworks and dashboards that track KPIs across all paid channels.
– Champion a test-and-learn culture—continuously experimenting with creatives, audiences, and bid strategies.
Strategy & Scaling
– Identify new digital channels and growth levers to expand brand reach and efficiency.
– Build scalable campaign frameworks that can be replicated across products and seasonal peaks.
– Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends to keep the brand competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications
– 4–8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience within consumer brands.
– Mandatory background in Fashion Apparel, Fashion Accessories (Footwear, Bags, Watches), or new-age D2C brands.
– Deep platform expertise: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, GA4, and GTM.
– Proficiency with attribution and reporting tools; ability to turn data into actionable insight.
– Proven track record of managing and scaling paid budgets with demonstrable ROAS outcomes.
– Strong experience working with and managing external agency partners.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to present strategy and results to leadership.
