IT Executive / Intern Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Executive to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly
• Manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions
• Maintain IT inventory and ensure data security
• Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support (Freshers can apply)
• Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Windows, MS Office, and basic security practices
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
