Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for senior management.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and business documents.
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of management.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and important documents.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow and task follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing reports, data analysis, and presentations for business reviews.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks and management directives.
- Support management in operational and administrative activities.
