The Founder’s Associate Intern will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to support strategic initiatives, business operations, project execution, research activities, and organizational growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in startup operations, business development, project management, and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Founder in day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis.
• Support project planning, execution, and progress tracking.
• Prepare reports, presentations, business documents, and meeting summaries.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Assist in business development, partnership outreach, and lead generation activities.
• Track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Support internship programs, training initiatives, and organizational events.
• Take ownership of special projects assigned by the Founder and ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

Education

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
