Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, manage stock and inventory control processes, and ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Additional responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring the proper use of equipment such as forklifts. The role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to drive operational excellence and support timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
• Strong background in Operations Management and process improvement
• Experience with Forklift Operation and knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
• Proficiency in inventory management software and tools
• Effective leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Physical capacity to perform warehouse tasks and operate equipment
• Previous experience in warehouse or supply chain management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
