About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Artist / Talent Manager who can bridge the gap between creators and brands. This role involves onboarding high-potential artists/creators and driving brand collaborations by closing impactful deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage a roster of artists, creators, and digital talent
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers across categories
- Proactively reach out to brands and agencies for collaboration opportunities
- Pitch talent for brand campaigns and negotiate commercials
- Close end-to-end deals for creators—from outreach to execution
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning and delivery
- Stay updated with trends in influencer marketing, content, and digital platforms
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in talent management / influencer marketing / artist management
- Strong network within brands, agencies, or creator ecosystem
- Proven ability to drive revenue and close brand deals
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Highly proactive, target-driven, and relationship-oriented
