Sales/ Business Strategy Manager-Dairy Business, Gurugram Full Time NEW

Purpose of the Job

The Strategy Manager will work closely with the CSO to drive high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, improving business performance, and supporting leadership in decision-making through data-driven insights, particularly within the dairy/FMCG ecosystem.

Key Deliverables

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

• Support annual and long-term strategic planning cycles
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps
• Track execution of key initiatives and drive governance mechanisms

2. Business Performance & Insights

• Analyze business performance across categories.
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement levers
• Build dashboards and MIS for leadership reviews

3.Growth & Expansion Initiatives

• Evaluate new market entry opportunities (geographies, channels)
• Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies and distribution expansion
• Assess new product/category opportunities

4.Cross-Functional Projects

• Lead strategic projects across sales, supply chain, and operations .
• Work with stakeholders to drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives
• Support transformation projects (digitization, process improvements)

5.Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Track industry trends, competitor moves, and consumer behavior
• Benchmark performance against peers and identify best practices

6.Leadership Support

• Prepare presentations, business cases, and board-level decks
• Support the CSO in reviews with senior leadership
• Assist in evaluating partnerships, alliances, or inorganic opportunities
